  Make sure to specify how you want your burger cooked. The waiter never asked so I got medium rare by default I guess. Other than that, it was great. Pleasant atmosphere. Good food. The steak special sounded fantastic but it was far too expensive for my taste.

  Atmosphere and service are great. Food is pricey and in smaller portions. The bruschetta was 6 bucks and really tiny. Love the cactus pear lemonade and hog jowl tacos. Was supremely underwhelmed by the tiny Navajo taco. I have had better Navajo tacos at the Provo Farmer's Market. They have a delicious blue cheese burger, but they only serve it at lunch...? Annoying. Was also frustrated that only 2 out of the 3 highchairs at our table had functioning buckles.

  The flavors here are really quite tasty. I really enjoyed my burger. They don't have a lot of options though. Pretty slim menu and the place is spendy too. We were over $20/person without drinks. Our friends got a Navajo taco, those are really small. And the BBQ sweet pork tasted like it had eaten nothing but sugar its entire life before being cooked in caramel. Very, very sweet pork. The service is also very slow. Slow to take orders, get refills, get your food. Definitely not a quick eat. Might be fun to try once, but we won't be regulars.

  The service was okay and the food was just okay too. A lot of people seem to like it, but nothing stood out as awesome to me. There were some dishes on the menu that aren't usually available in most restaurants so that is one thing that is unique here. We were able to put our names on a wait list, leave to another store for a few minutes and come back and be able to still get our table. One reason we had to wait was they didn't have any clean silverware. At one point they finally let us sit down with out the silverware but so we could at least be looking at the menu. In the end we were able to get our food and had clean silverware. It just seems they don't handle their popularity so well as they still expect small crowds.
