  There was a new person at the register. He was very nice and very polite, but very untrained. He kept telling everybody it was his first day. I would suggest training during slow hours before putting somebody on a register during lunch. There were at least 15 people who left and went to KFC or Burger King while I was there. I got there at 12:15, with 5 people in front of me. I waited 15 minutes to be served and the order was wrong. I am not expecting a 5 star restaurant, just "fast food". When I got my salad, it was very good!

  Most of you sound like you're going here expecting a five star restaurant experience. It's a freaking fast food chain for goodness sake. I always expect things to get mixed up and I always expect everyone there to hate their job. I've had many flops with my food, items run out, drinks spilled, extra time waited, and encountered unlikable employees. But the food has always been decent, it's usually quick, and I've sparked some funny conversations with the workers. Maybe I'm just too patient but I think you all need to get of your high horses. This isn't the Olive Garden.
